Vehicle collection and dropping-off points anywhere in Dubai are free. You may, however, choose to leave your car anywhere across UAE. You must specify the exact geolocation of the vehicle and send it to us. Any collection of leaving points in a different city will need to be discussed with our manager.

Can I choose to have a chauffeur?

Yes, our trusted driver can be hired to transport you to any Dubai location.

Am I allowed to drive off-road?

You are not allowed to drive off-road in any RentG63 vehicle. This will violate our agreement with you. This includes 4-wheel-drive vehicles.

If a problem arises with my vehicle, what do I do?

If a technical problem arises with your car, we will replace the vehicle free. If you have caused a fault with your vehicle, it will need to be arranged with our manager.

When hiring a vehicle, what insurance is included?

Every vehicle hire from RentG63 includes Comprehensive Car Insurance. This covers you to drive the vehicle and any damage that is caused that is not your own fault. A green or white slip must be produced from the Police report when any damage occurs.

Who is allowed to drive the rented car?

Only the person who has signed the agreement with us can drive the vehicle. However, additional drivers can be added to the agreement and insurance at a possible additional fee. This is best to be done at the beginning of the rental.
